Alun Sperring is an award-wining chef who has even been
crowned ‘Curry King of Britain’ – no mean feat considering
his Anglo Saxon heritage. Alun’s passion for Indian food
extends to a keen eye for Indian culture and he wanted to
incorporate traditional vibrant colours and textures within
the overall Chilli Pickle theme – from its food labels right
through to the (incredibly successful) restaurant’s interior.
